Common questions
If you onboard yourself, you create the account, add products from invoices, and run your first count on your own — the in-app wizard walks you through every step. If we onboard you, we sit down with you in person (or over Zoom), gather your distributor invoices, build your catalog together, do your first count with your staff, and train your team. Most bars find the in-person setup is worth it for the speed and confidence.
Yes. Upgrade from Core to Pro anytime from your account settings — the change takes effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
A Bluetooth barcode scanner and an iPad behind the bar. Receive and Kill Bottles both run on barcode scans, so the scanner is required. We sell pre-programmed scanners that pair on the first try — order one or the two-pack on our Order page. We recommend two so you always have a backup if one goes missing or breaks mid-shift.
