Pre-Visit Checklist

Have these ready and we'll have your bar live in under 30 minutes.

Recent invoices from each distributor

Pull the most recent 2–4 weeks of invoices from each liquor and beer distributor. Paper or PDF — either works. We'll scan them into your catalog automatically.

Common Arizona distributors:

  • Breakthru Beverage Arizona
  • Crescent Crown Distributing
  • Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits
  • RNDC (Republic National Distributing Company)
  • Hensley Beverage

Distributor portal logins

If you don't have recent invoices handy, log in to each distributor portal and export your purchase history as CSV. Most portals have an Order History or Reports section. Even one month of data is enough to seed your catalog.

Special orders & slow movers

Make a quick list of anything you carry that isn't from a major distributor — house infusions, local spirits, special-order wines, or that one weird amaro the regulars love. We'll add these manually so nothing falls off the radar.

The device

Your iPad or whichever device will live behind the bar. Make sure it's charged, connected to wifi, and that you know the Apple ID / Google account password in case we need to install anything.

What to expect

About 30 minutes, start to finish

  • 1. Create your account and name your bar.
  • 2. Scan or upload your invoices — we extract every line.
  • 3. Confirm the catalog and set reorder thresholds.
  • 4. Walk the bar with your iPad and do the first count.
  • 5. You're live. Every kill, receive, and reorder is tracked from this moment.
